Voltage sensing technology is crucial in realizing distributed voltage at critical nodes of the power grid and providing key state variables to provide information support for control decisions. Among existing measurement methods, transformers have problems such as high insulation performance requirements limited installation locations. However, non-contact sensors designed based on electric field coupling principle sensor accuracy due instability capacitance. Based above problems, this paper first proposes a floating ground system an equipotential differential structure. It also dual capacitance equivalent model AC transmission lines. method, calibration method amplitude phase built. Under test 50 Hz operating frequency range (100–300 V), maximum relative error 0.89%, 0.68°. The under (600 V–10 kV) 4.48%. In final scenario adaptation analysis, method’s specific height was experimentally verified be 0.88%, with difference 0.52% multi-type conductor testing.
